PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (DEGREASING PROCESS)

Perform daily minor maintenance on the degreasing line in accordance with SOPs to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

Verify that degreasing line facilities are safe and compliant with Safety Operating Procedures before production start-up.

Arrange and prepare production plans, ensuring spare parts and chemicals are ready to achieve zero waiting time.

Set up the degreasing line according to SOPs and production schedules.

Run production processes as per SOPs, ensuring accurate output and reject recording.

Conduct quality checks to ensure process accuracy and compliance with standards.

Follow company rules and policies during start-up, operation, and shift handovers.

Maintain 5S, enforce workplace safety, and ensure SOP compliance at all times on the degreasing line.

Escalate issues promptly in cases of machine / line downtime, quality issues, or part rejections.

Ensure efficient production arrangements to meet output targets.

Support achievement of KPIs : Output, Quality, Zero Downtime, and 5S standards.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Production Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, metal stamping or degreasing process.
