Paid Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Track ROI, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. Run A / B tests on creatives and targeting. Rewards & Campaigns Design and implement customer reward programs (loyalty points, vouchers, promos). Coordinate outlet-level and seasonal campaigns. Monitor redemption and analyze effectiveness. Reviews & Google Profile Manage Google Business Profiles for all outlets. Respond to customer reviews promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate outlet information and improve online ratings. SEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research and optimize website content. Improve search rankings to increase organic traffic. Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports. Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management. Strong understanding of social media ads, SEO, and Google tools. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills. Good communication skills in English & Malay.
