Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Maintenance Technician

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers to perform Hookup / Upgrade / PM and Maintenance activities
• Ensure to achieve high PM success rate by management
• Work actively to follow up on equipment breakdown to prevent reoccurrence
• Able to work in the team by the same direction to achieve departmental KPI
• Perform in depth troubleshooting at production machine
• Support Engineer to perform the ad-hoc project assigned by management
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work or production area
