The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial success within the sports lifestyle and fashion sector across Malaysia and Singapore. This role involves brand management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategies for Malaysia, with support for the Singapore market.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Drive integrated campaigns in collaboration with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Wholesale teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
- Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, athletes, and local communities to drive brand value and growth, especially through grassroots and community-driven marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage a team to foster individual growth, strengthen team dynamics, and drive overall business success.
- Analyze performance data and consumer insights to refine strategies.
- Identify and cultivate new marketing partnerships for growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform future initiatives.
- Provide timely post-campaign analysis and performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.Over 5 years' experience in the fashion lifestyle or sports lifestyle industry.Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and traffic data across online and retail channels.Strategic marketing expertise focused on brand management and executing integrated campaigns aligned with business goals and consumer insights.Proven experience in community building and executing grassroots marketing campaigns, especially in sports, to engage and activate local athletes and brand ambassadors.Creative, results-driven, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior.Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to ensure consistent messaging across channels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
