Overview
Our client, a globally recognized premium brand, is looking for an experienced Brand Manager (fashion retail) to oversee one of their key boutique locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and business plans to grow the Brand effectively.
- Analyze brand performance and adjust OTBs based on historical and projected performance.
- Oversee smooth Brand operations, including logistics, promotions, customer communication, and VM.
- Lead training initiatives focused on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, staffing, reporting, and compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
8-10 years in retail management preferably in fashion (premium / luxury)Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for customer experience.Experience
