Senior Executive, Social Media

Job Scope

We are seeking a creative and strategically minded Senior Social Media Executive with a strong command of social platforms, content trends and digital strategy, combined with hands-on design capabilities. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media content to engage and grow our audience, while also designing visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity. The role will play a key part in ensuring that all messaging is consistent, effective and visually cohesive across all digital touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with internal teams.
• Design high-quality static and motion content for social media (e.g. posts, stories, carousels, reels, banners).
• Write clear, on-brand copy and captions that align with our voice and objectives.
• Design other marketing visuals as needed — including assets for merchandise, website, digital campaigns, internal comms, and more.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner, ensuring alignment with the organization's tone and values.
• Monitor content performance, generate insights, and optimize based on data and trends.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, design trends, and audience behaviors.
• Provide live or real-time content coverage for events or key campaigns when required.
• Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when needed.
• Support brand consistency across all visuals and messaging.
