About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless material flow to support business objectives. Candidates with strong experience in contract manufacturing are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and material planning to ensure supply continuity.
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure supplier performance meets company standards (on-time delivery, quality compliance).
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost savings.
- Lead supplier contract negotiations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
