About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless material flow to support business objectives. Candidates with strong experience in contract manufacturing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and material planning to ensure supply continuity.
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure supplier performance meets company standards (on-time delivery, quality compliance).
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost savings.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
