Responsibilities

• Application Support

Lead the System & Application Department to provide high quality support services for Touch ’n Go Applications and ensure effective delivery of problem resolution.

Identify opportunities for continuous business improvement and work closely with the Developer team to develop and implement effective enterprise solutions to help improve efficiency of current software applications and systems.

Any other duties and tasks assigned and / or as required.
