Responsibilities
Lead the System & Application Department to provide high quality support services for Touch ’n Go Applications and ensure effective delivery of problem resolution.
Working closely with Business Owner and Business Analyst for understanding of systems’ functional and non-functional requirements in the execution of business process improvement.Provide leadership and guidance to Team members by providing the information, knowledge and methods for product deliverables to align with the company’s vision.Ensure that the Team members follow and comply with Touch ’n Go standard operating procedures, in terms of trouble shooting, and version control.Provide and ensure complete and proper systems and projects documentation and preparation of systems specifications, including revising manuals, and documenting user procedures.Working closely with QA team in planning and executing system and user acceptance tests and troubleshooting application and related performance.Process Improvement / InnovationIdentify opportunities for continuous business improvement and work closely with the Developer team to develop and implement effective enterprise solutions to help improve efficiency of current software applications and systems.
Prioritize issues raised and resolve them within the agreed SLA.Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues. Report promptly to management and business users regarding critical outages until resolution.Other TasksAny other duties and tasks assigned and / or as required.
Qualifications
