Responsibilities
- Create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
- Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Handling ad-hoc administrative requests and queries from management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAbility to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Attentive, patient and conscientious in approaching work, demonstrating responsibility.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication skills, works well in at team, is eager to learn and proactive, and is willing to accept position adjustments as needed.Important notice
