Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise daily assignments of the Indoor Sales team to achieve the set sales target.
• The Indoor Sales team handles all enquiries from current and new customers relating to fire extinguishers sales.
• Attend to walk-in customers to our showroom when needed.
• Ensure that the inbound sales team and operations team are working in unison to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist Inbound Sales team on unresolved issues; regarding Bomba license application, delivery, outstanding payment from customers, etc.
• Prepare monthly sales and walk-in customer reports for Indoor Sales Manager to the management.
• Attend monthly management meetings to share performance and reporting.
• Be well-versed in the usage of ERP and CRM software.
• Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding in the Indoor Sales team.
• Be the bridge between the Outdoor Sales team and the Management.
• Assist Managing Director / Executive Director on related matters as needed.
