Job description

To assist the Management and Administration of Contracts review and made recommendation to improve on the contract value.

To review and coordinate on all contractual matters relating to the projects.

To assist in all pre and post contract works and recommend actions to realize the contract works in effective and efficient manner.

To assist on all the contractual requirements in the Tender Documents and make arrangement to fulfill the requirements.

To assist in conducting Site Evaluation for all Progress claims.

To assist in the assessment of all Variation Works / Contractual Claims / Extension Time, etc.

To assist in preparation of Statement of Final Account and Final Certificate.

To assist in the Document and Data control procedures including the drawings, specification, BQ, etc.

Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
