• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in
• DigDash Enterprise
• that meet business objectives and performance standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in DigDash processes and report delivery.
• Write and optimize
• SQL queries
• for data extraction and transformation from platforms such as
• Vertica
• or
• PostgreSQL
• Collaborate proactively with teams across regions (France, Luxembourg, and Malaysia) to resolve production incidents or data quality issues.
• Ensure
• data consistency, accuracy, and governance
• across visual outputs.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data refresh cycles, and query efficiency.
• Support user adoption by conducting
• training sessions
• , documentation, and promoting self-service BI capabilities.
• Implement and maintain
• security and access controls
