Job descriptionTo maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc) Provide professional services to customers Venue : Watsons Sungai Buloh Hiong Kong (Lot G08, Ground Floor, SB Mall No. 2 Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, Seksyen, U20, 47000 Shah Alam, Selangor) Date : Monday to Sunday Time : 11 am - 5 pm
Requirements
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail or F&B would be added advantage.
