Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Key Account Manager to manage and grow business within a defined portfolio of key accounts. This role focuses on account retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on technical solution selling and distributor collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sustainable growth across the assigned market through close engagement with decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing key accounts by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to support sales growth and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to provide value-added solutions to customers.
- Work closely with distributors and partners to drive market coverage and meet sales objectives.
- Monitor customer performance, usage trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Follow up on leads from marketing activities, trade shows, and industry events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Ensure compliance with commercial agreements, including payment terms and credit control.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and partners as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred).Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.Strong background in key account management and technical solution selling.Able to work independently, with a hands-on and goal-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
