MANUFACTURING / OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Overview

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations of the oleochemical plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production in line with quality and environmental standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, yield, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the production team through setting effective training, performance management, and skill enhancement programs.
• Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on operational performance, capacity utilization, and process efficiency.
• Manage production budgets and control manufacturing costs to achieve financial objectives.
