This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sales professional. The role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Pre-Sales professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical and business expertise during the sales process. Daily tasks include analyzing client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, creating proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. Additional responsibilities may include being a liaison between sales and technical teams, as well as providing customer service support to prospects and clients. Responsibilities

Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client requirements and needs Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams Customer Service and Presales experience to support sales processes and deliver top-notch client service Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience in technology consulting or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Seniority level
