Overview

The Flex is a fast-growing London-based start-up on a mission to redefine short-stay accommodation globally. We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication across teams, managing administrative workflows, and providing outstanding support to our clients and partners.

Support the day-to-day operations of the flexible accommodation business
Ensure smooth communication across teams
Manage administrative workflows and provide outstanding support to clients and partners

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently

Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Slack)

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is an advantage

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly

Working Hours

Standard schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (UK time), Monday to Saturday

1 day off (Sunday) per week

Upon promotion to Senior Distribution Assistant, schedule adjusts to 5 working days per week with 2 days off
