Assistant Finance Manager
A European Logistics Company is Looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (based in Klang)

Your new role
As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be in charge of :
- Manage daily accounting activities : Issue Official Receipts (OR) and Payment Vouchers (PV). Oversee cash flow and bank balances
- Review and approve expenses and vendor payments
- Lead collections by reviewing the AR Ageing Report
- Handle intercompany settlements (cash netting)
- Audit and manage operation closing
- Produce, analyse, and present closing reports to the Regional Finance Manager
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and IOPs
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
- Provide suggestions during disputes
- Work on continuous improvements
- Communicate exceptions to stakeholders
- Assist with reports and ad-hoc requests from management / headquarters
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be :
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW is an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of working experience within Accounting and FinanceStrong experience within the logistics and supply chain industriesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
