Job descriptionProven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoff. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to ensure user-centered solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools / technologies.
