Company Background :

Our client, established in 1994, is a leading material specialist and solid surface supplier in Asia with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Beijing. They offer a full suite of services including supply, fabrication, installation, and project management of high-performance surfaces like engineered quartz, acrylic solid surfaces, sintered stone, and marble / tiles.

Job Purpose :

To drive sales growth and business development in Johor and Singapore, building strong client relationships and expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities :

Drive business development in Johor and Singapore regions.
Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare proposal, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willing to travel between JB and Singapore.

Existing network in Johor and Singapore markets.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range : Basic RM3k - RM4.5k, + Commission can up to RM10k
