Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients for electric buses and smart fleet management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, public transport operators, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on client needs and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business development goals.
Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (B2B or government project experience is a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and develop effective sales strategiesKnowledge or interest in electric vehicles, fleet solutions, or transport technology is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systemsMust possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel as neededDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.Location : Senai
