Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer with deep expertise in SQL and Tableau. This is a hands-on role, responsible for delivering end-to-end analytics solutions — from data preparation to dashboard delivery — with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and impact. The successful candidate will be trusted to own critical dashboards and key analytics initiatives that shape decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Design and maintain robust, reusable data models to support enterprise-wide analytics.
• Build high-quality Tableau dashboards and Tableau Pulse metrics that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Create and standardise a library of reusable dashboard templates to streamline future development.
• Apply best practices for performance tuning, UI / UX, and mobile readiness to ensure dashboards scale effectively.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable data-driven solutions.
• Contribute technical expertise and knowledge-sharing to uplift analytics standards across the business.
