Job Description
Partner with Global Supply Chain and Quality teams to identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers.
- Conduct supplier quality system and process audits, part qualifications, and process validations.
- Lead supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities and drive improvement.
- Support tryouts, first article inspections, and source inspections to ensure compliance with product requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and prepare monthly reports on key quality metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers to achieve ongoing improvements in quality and delivery performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies.
- Participate in supplier business reviews and support supplier performance development activities.

For This Role, You Will Need :
Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Process Technology, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in the Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics industry.Strong understanding of precision machining, casting processes, and surface treatments.Working knowledge of metrology, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), ISO quality systems, and process auditing.Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in English.Willingness to travel within Asia‑Pacific for supplier audits and qualification activities.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
Certified ISO Supplier Auditor qualification.Experience with SPC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Exposure to manufacturing processes such as PCB / PCBA, die / investment casting, coating, plating, or surface treatment.Hands‑on experience with supplier development or project leadership in a quality‑focused environment.Our Culture & Commitment to You
