Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in preparing resume (training will be provided)
  • Support order processing by assigning and updating orders before deadline
  • Handle after-sales enquiries by providing timely support and solutions.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation and Excel.
  • Minimum qualification : SKM / Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This position is based in 8trium Tower, Sri Damansara
