JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparing resume (training will be provided)
- Support order processing by assigning and updating orders before deadline
- Handle after-sales enquiries by providing timely support and solutions.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation and Excel.Minimum qualification : SKM / Diploma in any relevant field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).Able to work independently and as part of a team.This position is based in 8trium Tower, Sri DamansaraBENEFITS
