Requirements :
- Specialized in Culinary & Hospitality or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and help other out to work as a team.
- Exhibit flexible, proactive and positive character.
- Able to understand the sense of urgency and how time moves differently in a kitchen.
- Self discipline and is not afraid to ask question when in doubt.
- Basic communication in English.
- Minimum 3 months internship duration.

1 .Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure the preparation, production and presentation of foods follow the SOP and at highest quality all the time2. Research and Development
To be involved in R&D for development of new menu, and keeping track of all records.3. Safety and hygiene
Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet and maintain the highest standard of hygieneKeep kitchen area clean and organized.4. Food preparation
Assist and support kitchen chef in food preparation5. Perform other ad hoc task support
