Job description

This job is for an IT Technician who fixes computers and printers. You’ll solve tech problems and help customers. You might like this job because you enjoy hands‑on work and love keeping things running smoothly!

  • Troubleshoot computers, notebook and printers
  • Strong knowledge on hardware
  • Provide full support and solving computer and networking problems
  • Basic skill in handling customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or Professional Certificate
  • Good interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, strong problem‑solving skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Good discipline and work attitude
  • Preferably 1 year experience in IT support
  • Possess own motorbike and valid driving license
  • Willing to relocate to stay in Puchong
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak English and Malay would have an added advantage
