Responsibilities

• System Planning and Implementation : Collect and sort out the overseas business needs of the group, conduct system planning, organize implementation, launch delivery and operation and maintenance of application information systems to meet overseas business needs and improve business operation efficiency.
• Project Management and Team Improvement : Regularly organize project meetings, phased work reviews and summaries; formulate and promote project process specifications to ensure projects proceed as planned, and drive continuous improvement of the team.
• System Platform Integration : Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, integration and continuous optimization of overseas system platform integration; supervise project execution to ensure compliance with company requirements, enhance system synergy and overall operational efficiency, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
• Technology Research and Optimization : Research and evaluate new technologies, tools and processes for IT platform integration, data governance and efficiency improvement; continuously optimize the integration process to enhance system performance and data quality.
• Information Security Management : Cooperate in formulating overseas information security management plans; responsible for reviewing and configuring information system permissions; cooperate in the implementation of information security strategies to ensure the security and compliance of systems and data, and prevent information leakage and security incidents.
• System Operation and Maintenance & Data Analysis : Responsible for daily operation, maintenance and improvement of application systems; conduct related system data governance and BI report analysis to ensure stable system operation and provide data support for business decisions.
• Provide support and guarantee for the operation of IT systems in overseas subsidiaries, including daily IT demand management, training and user guidance, maintenance of core system basic data; responsible for user terminal desktop operation and maintenance services.
