Social Media & Video Editing Executive

to lead content strategy and creation, focusing on Chinese-language platforms and audiences. This is a remote, hands-on role where you'll manage the content calendar, drive creative production, and generate quality leads through well-crafted content. Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals and audience engagement. Write engaging Chinese copy for captions, ads, scripts, and storytelling content that is clear, smart, and on-brand. Create and edit content including short-form videos, visuals, infographics, tailored to each platform. Post 5+ times per week across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Generate and nurture leads through engaging content, collaborating with the sales team to support conversions. Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and refine strategies based on insights. Maintain SOPs for content production and performance tracking; report results monthly (followers, leads, reach, engagement, revenue impact). Requirements :

2+ years of experience in social media and content creation. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva). Fluent in written and spoken Chinese with a keen sense of tone, clarity, and performance. Deep understanding of platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Instagram. Solid grasp of engagement drivers and lead generation strategies. Creative with an organized workflow and out-of-the-box ideas. Benefits :
