NPI Engineer

Support the new process and new product introduction and qualification . Continue improvement on the throughput, yield , quality and product performance goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of new process or new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate with global engineering team, Manufacturing team and Quality team to ensure the new process or product meet the design standard and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and purchasing team to sourcing and localizing the product packaging materials.
• Collaborate with Tooling & Equipment teams for tooling design and fabrication.
• Leads the sample making runs, sample making data collection and perform qualification report.
• Develops and executes process validation plans including DOE and capability studies.
• Defines process specification, control plans, and qualification strategies from small volume engineering test till high volume manufacturing.
• Creates and maintains detailed documentation including work instructions, process flows, and FMEAs.
• Leads and conducts engineering change management to ensure all the NPI activity record to the system.
