Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing daily operation for branches, managing and coordinating activities across departments, such as Quality Control Department, Logistics, and administration, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Analyze, design, and implement new and improved operational processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including raw materials, staff, and capital, to meet operational objectives.
  • Manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and monitor financial performance to identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Maintain and enforce high standards for the quality of products and services, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards, collaborating with government bodies and industry associations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring operations align with overall company goals and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
  • Financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders

    Pay : RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Required)

    • Experience :

  • Operations : 4 years (Preferred)
