Duties and Responsibilities :
- Overseeing daily operation for branches, managing and coordinating activities across departments, such as Quality Control Department, Logistics, and administration, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Analyze, design, and implement new and improved operational processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including raw materials, staff, and capital, to meet operational objectives.
- Manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and monitor financial performance to identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain and enforce high standards for the quality of products and services, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards, collaborating with government bodies and industry associations as needed.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring operations align with overall company goals and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications :
