In your new role you will :
- Compile and responsible for all required internal and external reporting to relevant authorities such as BNM and bankers. Ensure timely and in compliance with all relevant internal controls such as periodic users’ access review, and statutory requirements including Know Your Customer / Due Diligence requests from the banks.
- Monitor and prepare payment under Treasury operations such as For ex contract settlement, loan and interest repayment, within the timeline / deadline to avoid any unnecessary penalty.
- Handle cash management including monitoring and maximizing the cash position. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Prepare monthly Liquidity Planning forecast and yearly Treasury budget. To ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
- Perform treasury accounting tasks including bank reconciliation and interest booking reporting, analysis and commentary. Close monitoring on the charges imposed by bank and maximize the bank interest income.
- Execute forex exchange hedging transactions in accordance with Group Treasury policy. Follow up effectiveness of hedging on a monthly basis. Close monitoring of local currency hedging as required by local regulations.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Degree in Accounting / Finance and / or Professional Accounting qualification. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.1-2 years of experience in Treasury functions.Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and attention to detail.Ability to manage pressure and deliver results.Strong in verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skill.Proficient in both SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel,Powerpoint, Word).Benefits
