Job Responsibilities :
Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank;
Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;
Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;
Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance;
Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;
Attend road shows and / or any branch / off-site activities when required;
To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products;
Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers’ stickiness with HLB;
Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;
Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times;
Comply with bank’s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;
To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in any field
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
