Conveyancing Clerk
Conveyancing Clerk is to handle conveyancing files such as transfer and charge, discharge documents, sale and purchase of properties, bank loan / facilities documents, sub‑sale, refinancing and developer projects. Candidate will also handle corporate, banking and finance documentation. Liaise with clients and government departments.
Candidate with commercial loans documentation experience is encouraged to apply.
