Job descriptionInvolving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis. Involving in Post-Contract administration including cost analysis & budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, preparation of progress claim / certificates. Assisting Senior in all aspect of Pre / Post Contract Administration. To perform any other tasks outlined by Management. Responsible, self-motivated and independent. Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skill. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications. Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad, Cubic Cost and etc. Accurate in measurement / taking off. Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in building / construction or any other relevant fields. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
