Job descriptionBusiness : Able to manage business stakeholder. Processes : Experience in managing squad and familiar with agile ceremonies. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles : (Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.) Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalated, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Serve as a Director of the Board. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent). Credit Risk Team and Product Team. Minimum 8 years in IT industry. Proficient in RESTful API, Java SpringBoot 3.x, SpringBatch. Knowledge on Relational or No‑SQL Databases. Ability to come up with Technical Solution diagrams and Architecture for initiatives. Preferred knowledge on API Gateways, API security, OAuth 2, OIDC etc. Preferred UI / UX skills such as ReactJS, TypeJS etc. Independently able to manage CICD tasks using Azure ADO, Maven & Helm Charts. Experienced in Container Infrastructure such as Kubernetes, OCP or AWS EKS. Experienced working in an Agile environment with globally distributed teams. UNIX shell scripting. Oracle DB and DB2. Core Java / J2EE. JMS. SOAP / Rest web service. COBOL (optional). Middleware tool – IBM MQ. AWS Cloud. Responsibilities
- Work with the design and business solution team to understand and define the system and business requirements.
- Undertake software development and coding tasks.
- Develop / maintain detailed technical design and specifications based on requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts with regard to new user requirements.
- Analyze changes and impact of change to existing applications.
- Provide testing support and troubleshoot issues raised during testing.
- Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation in accordance with the Group’s standards.
- Analytical and systematic thinking and methodical organization.
- Possess sound communications skills.
- Good interpersonal, persuasion, leadership and ability to drive work progress.
