• Test & Assure Quality- Drive evaluation and testing processes to meet internal standards and industry regulations.
• Manage & Deliver- Coordinate design activities, manage resources, and keep projects on track toward success.
• Solve & Optimize- Tackle complex technical challenges and boost performance with smart, creative solutions.
• Mentor & Grow- Support junior engineers by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.
