Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team. The Copywriter will play a key role in shaping UNIRAZAK’s brand voice through compelling and persuasive content for both traditional and digital platforms.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and other stakeholders to craft impactful messages that attract, engage, and inspire prospective students, partners, and the wider public.
Responsibilities
Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to produce creative content for online campaigns, paid ads, videos, and other digital initiatives.
Write, proofread, and edit all marketing and promotional content to ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging.
Support the Sales Team in creating impactful communication materials to drive student recruitment and engagement.
Conduct research to understand target audiences and industry trends, ensuring all content remains relevant and effective.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other departments to ensure messaging aligns with overall campaign objectives.
Maintain UNIRAZAK’s voice and style across all communications and platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field .
Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within education, marketing, or digital media industries.
Strong command of English (and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Creativity and the ability to produce original and engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Familiarity with SEO, social media content strategy, and digital marketing trends is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
