SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements :

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in design and architectural practice
• Strong communication skills with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities
• Good knowledge of construction details and technical drawings
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and master planning projects
• Able to work independently on drawing development and project implementation is an advantage for the application
• Capable of formulating initial design concepts and developing detailed designs independently
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
