Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to take on the role of Customer Service Executive in our Port Klang, Malaysia office, who will be responsible for handling after-sales support for customers, and will work closely with our Sales team among other responsibilities. Responsibilities
Handle customers bookings and problem solving. Handle complaints and suggest solutions amicably. Compile hot box list for Capacity or T / S port for urgent shipments. Ensure after-sales service following container loading at port, where necessary. Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Operations and Accounting and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo arrangement. Update booking forecast. Handle space management with Principal office and Sales team. Promote E-Commerce to customers and coordinate with Sales team. Assist Sales Team with rates filing. Prepare booking report and related reporting as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher educational attainment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English and Malay – both spoken and written. Command of Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialect (advantageous). Ability to work independently.
