BACKHOE / TRACTOR DRIVER FOR OIL PALM PLANTATION

We are seeking an experienced Backhoe / Tractor Driver to join our dynamic team based in Bukit Selambau, Kedah. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in our oil palm plantation operations.

What you'll be doing

Operate backhoe and tractor equipment safely and efficiently on our oil palm plantation

Perform scheduled maintenance and basic repairs on assigned vehicles and equipment

Assist with general site preparation and ground clearing activities

Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Work collaboratively with the plantation management team to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience operating backhoe and tractor equipment in an industrial or agricultural setting

Valid Malaysian driving license with appropriate endorsements

Good mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks in an outdoor environment

Excellent safety awareness and a strong commitment to following procedures

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
