Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who is well-versed in managing all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in backend setup (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business, account verification, tracking pixels, analytics) while also contributing to creative campaign ideas and execution.

Candidates with experience in WordPress website management and the ability to leverage AI tools for marketing content, automation, and analytics will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Handle backend technical support : account verification, business manager setup, ad account troubleshooting, pixel installation, domain verification.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and execute across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Maintain and update verified profiles, business accounts, and brand pages across social media platforms.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and assist in resolving ad disapprovals or account restrictions.
• Assist with website tracking integrations (Google Tag Manager, UTM links, lead capture forms).
• (Bonus) Manage WordPress website updates — content publishing, landing pages, plugin updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, MidJourney, AI analytics) for content creation, copywriting, automation, and reporting.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on latest digital trends, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes.
