Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (beauty / FMCG experience preferred). Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console), and CMS (WordPress or similar). Skilled in design software such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma; video-editing knowledge is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and including paid advertising. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with ability to maintain a consistent brand voice. Proactive, creative, and independent; able to work with minimal supervision. Willing to work flexible hours for live streams or campaign launches. Willing to travel for events, client meetings, or store visits. Must have own transportation. EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions. Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to build brand presence in the beauty sector.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer, and paid advertising platforms.
- Create and optimize content, including blog articles, product copy, videos, and social-media posts, with SEO best practices.
- Design engaging visuals, graphics, and short-form videos using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, live streaming sessions, and paid social-media ads.
- Upload and maintain website content (CMS / WordPress), ensuring product details and landing pages are accurate and engaging.
- Run SEO / SEM and email-marketing campaigns to promote beauty products and boost conversions.
- Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and social-media insights; prepare reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and influencer teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Travel occasionally for product shoots, influencer collaborations, events, and store visits.
