Responsibilities
- Deliver Pokka sales growth ambition in the assigned Region by accelerating distribution reach, speed to market and execution excellence via long term profitable plan.
- Able to manage and collaborate with Distributor Partners independently in day-to-day planning and operations to drive business.
- Plan and execute short, medium and long-term objectives, strategies and best in class execution to grow sales and distribution.
- Ensure healthy inventory level in distributors with focus on sell out and market returns control.
- Lead, develop and mentor Sales Executives / Representatives under his / her charge at Distributor Partners.
- Added advantage for candidates with Account Management experience.
Area of Responsibility
Sell In and Sell Out Nett Sales Revenue.Profitability of Assigned Area.A&P Management.Manage sell in and sell out market returns.Increase Number of Distribution Outlets.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Diploma / Degree in any related field. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, preferably from FMCG industry and experience managing distributors.Familiar with the North region (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak). The role requires the candidate to hands-on in handling a distributor team in Penang and overseeing Pokka sales team.Aptitude and Skills
Positive and entrepreneurship mindset. Can Do Attitude. Self-starter.Innovative and forward thinking.Strong influencing, collaboration and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to utilize raw data from distributors and PowerPoint.Seniority level
