Job Responsibilities

• Understand the Business Strategies of Huawei and develop the annual marketing strategies, plans, budget based on the business strategies.
• Co-operate with business development team and partner development team on the workshop and on-site marketing events for targeting industries.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with outsource vendors, event organizers and channel partners for marketing events.
• Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on a predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, project management and similar systems.
• Develop and implement a complete brand plan, clearly disseminate the value of Huawei products and solutions by various channels, such as large exhibitions, high-level summits, and workshops. Improve the recognition of products and solutions, and promote the success of frontline projects.
