About the Role

As an Engineering Officer (Tooling) , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of tooling operations and troubleshooting. You’ll be deeply involved in activities such as :

Problem‑Solving : Solving tooling problems for equipment such as drilling, tapping, broach tools, hob cutters, and more.

Innovation : Driving tooling improvement through analysis, trials, and monitoring performance.

Analysis & Reporting : Summarising tooling usage data for improvement plans and creating comprehensive monthly reports.

Team Collaboration : Leading weekly meetings to update and monitor progress on improvements and activities.

Optimization : Maintaining updated tooling lists, standards, usage guidelines, and cost analyses.

Ad‑Hoc Projects : Taking on challenges as directed by your supervisor.

We’re seeking dedicated and resourceful individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate :

Qualifications : Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

Skills : Mathematical aptitude, cutting‑tool knowledge (added advantage), and strong analytical / problem‑solving abilities.

Flexibility : Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to changing priorities.
