Responsibilities
- Ensure all assignments are met with the specific deadline provided.
- Prepare load plans upon receipt of order details from SOP team.
- Ensure window booking is done 1 day in advance for DC (e.g., MYDIN CDC, GIANT, TESCO & etc).
- Prepare and disseminate the load plans to transporters according to the region.
- Ensure 100% truck availability based on the request. If there’s any turn down, source out the backup ad-hoc truck accordingly without jeopardizing the load.
- Follow up with all the transporters for timely arrival for loading.
- Update the ‘Daily Movement’ board promptly based on the plan for the day.
- Proper documentation and accuracy in issuance of documents – Load Manifest / Pallet Transfer Note / CHEP Pallet Docket.
- Update the TMS on a daily basis – daily trip / re‑delivery trip / waiting chargers / cancellation.
- Weekly follow up on the pallet status.
- Update the pallet transfer note information into the Master CHEP Pallet Summary.
- Verify the export invoice against the permit as prepared by customer and attach it together with the loading.
- Work closely with drivers and transporters to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Report any transport failures and discrepancies during delivery to immediate superior and update them into the DMR.
- Report any delay or possibilities of failure to immediate superior before window slot.
- Analyze operation performance and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
