Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Area Manager role based in Butterworth. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring staff, maintaining operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires coordinating with various departments, resolving customer concerns, and driving team performance to enhance the overall dining experience.

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills for managing both customer and employee interactions.
• Strong organizational and operational skills to oversee multiple locations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and restaurant management is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operating environments and resolve issues promptly.
